Holistic Wellbeing for Teams
Data consistently identifies work-related stress as one of the most common causes of long-term sickness absence in the UK.
At Tada Collective, we help small to medium organisations through practical, virtual wellbeing programmes. Our live sessions combine evidence-informed movement, mindfulness, and applied psychology to help regulate stress, restore focus, and enable people to feel more steady and supported in their working lives.
Approaches that support nervous system regulation and embodied stress management are associated with reduced presenteeism, improved cognitive functioning, and greater long-term capacity at work.
Example Session Structure
Check-in & Mindfulness (5 min)
Brief grounding exercise to reset focus and bring attention to the present moment.
Dynamic Movement (15–20 min)
Gentle movement to release tension and support energy levels.
Yin/Restorative Yoga & Applied Psychology (15–20 min)
Slower, mindful movement paired with psychological techniques to support resilience, stress management, and wellbeing
Integration & Reflection (5–10 min)
Key takeaways, optional journaling prompts, and simple micro-practice suggestions to help embed learning into everyday working life.
