Terms & Conditions
1. About Tada Collective
Tada Collective provides live, virtual corporate wellbeing sessions incorporating movement, mindfulness, and applied psychology. Services are delivered online to organisational clients.
Tada Collective is operated by a sole trader based in London, N10 1FB, United Kingdom.
2. Services
Services may include:
Fixed-term pilot programmes
Ongoing retainer (subscription) programmes
All services are delivered live online. No physical attendance is required.
3. Bookings & Payment
Pilot programmes are paid for upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Retainer programmes operate on a monthly subscription basis.
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace Payments.
4. Subscription Terms (Retainer Programme)
Retainer subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
Clients may cancel their subscription with one month’s written notice before the next billing date. If a client cancels a subscription via the website without providing the required notice, the final month’s fee remains payable and will be invoiced separately if not already processed.
Where cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the initial subscription, a full refund will be provided, in line with UK consumer contract regulations.
After the initial 14-day period, payments already made are non-refundable, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.
Note: Corporate clients booking on behalf of an organisation acknowledge that this is a business-to-business service; however, fair cancellation terms are applied.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If Tada Collective needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative session offered.
Missed sessions by participants are not refundable.
6. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Sessions offered by Tada Collective are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants requiring individual clinical support are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care.
Participants are responsible for:
Listening to their bodies
Modifying or opting out of movements as needed
Ensuring they are fit to participate
By participating, clients acknowledge that they take responsibility for their own wellbeing during sessions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tada Collective shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in sessions, except where caused by negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, session content, and resources provided by Tada Collective are the intellectual property of Tada Collective and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
9. Governing Law
