Who we are

A grounded, human approach to workplace wellbeing

Tada Collective supports people working in high-pressure environments to feel more grounded, resilient, and well, without adding more to already full plates.

Ivana Radojevic - Founder & Programme Facilitator

I’m a psychologist by training, a certified yoga instructor, and a former civil servant with eight years of experience working in policy, strategy, and leadership roles, including in fast-paced environments.

Through my experience, I’ve seen how profound the impact of sustained stress can be, both on individuals and on the collective. And yet, many workplace wellbeing initiatives struggle to land. Often, this is because they’re either too superficial or unidimensional — focused on a single aspect of wellbeing — or too time-intensive to fit real working lives.

Tada Collective exists to bridge that gap.

My programmes combine:

  • Movement (dynamic and restorative yoga)

  • Mindfulness

  • Applied psychology

All delivered in a practical, accessible way that supports both individual wellbeing and organisational outcomes.

Sessions are designed to help people:

  • Regulate stress and nervous system overload

  • Reduce physical tension and musculoskeletal strain

  • Improve focus, energy and emotional resilience

  • Develop simple practices that translate into everyday working life

This is not about pushing productivity at all costs. It’s about creating the conditions for people to thrive sustainably.

I work primarily with small and medium-sized organisations and values-led teams in professional services and other high-pressure sectors, delivering live, virtual sessions that fit into the working day.

If you’d like to explore whether Tada Collective could support your organisation, I’d be happy to have an initial conversation.
